Refund and Returns Policy

LearningPotato Education collects the tuition fees in two separate terms. One at the start of the class as a fixed payment and remaining on the monthly basis as a variable payment for completion of sessions in a month.

The initial fixed payment works as a commitment cost for a client. If they want to discontinue the service in the middle of the tuition tenure, the fixed payment will not be refunded but the variable payment they will be paying on monthly basis will stop.

In case the client want a change of the tutor and LearningPotato can’t provide a replacement then the initial fixed payment will be refunded for the proportion of the tuition tenure pending except for taxes.

The refund will be initiated through LearningPotato’s current account and may take upto 30 days to clear the dues from the date of confirmation of refund. The fees will be transferred to the bank account of the client and no one else.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@learningpotato.com.
